Shipping Policy
We are a small family business and pretty much work at this 7 days a week, as such we aim to get all orders out within 1 to 2 working days.
All posted orders will be sent via a 'signed for' courier service.

Free Postage
All of our items are posted to you free of charge - the price you see is the price you pay. Currently we're only able to post to the mainland uk, we hope to add northern ireland and Europe soon.

ReturnS or Exchange Policy
I'm not happy with the product?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging and any return is posted at your expense. Please contact us via email or send us a message on Facebook or via this page.

My items has arrived damaged?
If you're not happy with the condition they arrive in, please let us know! We would appreciate it if you can take a photo of the damaged items and include this in your message or email to us. It helps us identify ways to protect them better in the future.
My item hasn't arrived?
Our processing time is separate to the delivery time and is usually within 1 working day. Postage for couriers is often within 2 working days and first class is 1-2. Sometimes we can experience delays to the postage services, especially around Christmas, where these times can be longer. This is beyond our control and we will ask that 5 working days have passed before we are able to look into any 'loss in postage'. Please feel free to contact us though, so we are aware and can advise on when the item would have been posted etc.
